Building a complete documentation platform for a core banking startup

The situation

Mambu's documentation for its core banking product lived in a fragmented legacy system.

What I did

• Rebuilt the platform in Docusaurus, moving the documentation to Markdown in Git so writers and engineers work in the same docs-as-code workflow.
• Migrated the existing content off the legacy system and onto the new platform.
• Built a custom CI/CD publishing pipeline, so changes are built, checked, and published automatically instead of by hand.

Result

One maintainable platform in place of a fragmented one, with automated publishing that the later API reference, release-note and AI assistant work was built on.
