Documentation engineer and developer content specialist with 17 years of experience turning complex technical products (APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, and DevOps tooling) into clear, engaging content for developers in SaaS, fintech, and banking.     Cloud core banking platform

    • Rebuilt the documentation platform for a core banking product in Docusaurus, replacing a fragmented legacy system with a custom CI/CD publishing pipeline.
    • Designed and launched an LLM-assisted program to refactor the full API reference suite, building the workflow and quality-measurement tooling to run it at scale; completed the first API references, about 20% of the suite, with clear gains in consistency, clarity, and technical accuracy.
    • Introduced AI-assisted release-note generation and summarization, cutting manual work and speeding up publication of product updates.
    • Built an AI-assisted localization workflow that extended the product documentation into Japanese while keeping it in parity with English.
    • Architected a RAG-based AI assistant for real-time, self-service developer support.
